The Hall
A beautiful neo-gothic style former Parish Hall with high vaulted wooden ceiling and large arched windows on all sides letting in natural light.

- 16 tables (6ft x 2ft) plus 3 tables (6ft x 2.6ft) and 120 chairs

- Direct access to outdoor green space with lawns and a tarmac area with parking for up to 8 cars
- It is possible to arrange your own marquee / gazebo outside
Community Room
The Community Room features a high hammer beam wooden ceiling and high arched windows. It can be accessed separately to the hall (via the back entrance). This is also an adaptable space for meetings, cabaret style events, non-seated events and it has a piano too!

Birch Community Centre is wheelchair accessible.
Please use the form below to enquire about hiring the centre. Please check the calendar for availability before completing the form. The centre manager will contact you to discuss your enquiry. No booking is secured until a deposit has been made.
Private hire rates are from £60 per hour, plus a £17.50 caretaker fee (THE HALL) and from £25 per hour (COMMUNITY ROOM)
A security deposit of £100 on top of hire fee is required.* Charity, voluntary, and community rates can be discounted.
*Full amount refunded post-event, unless event runs late, or equipment or building is damaged.
